. Delivery Of Orders All deliveries are carried out in person FREE of charge to a room of choice in our local area. I.E within a 15 mile radius of our store. All Divan beds and Adjustable Beds are assembled Free of charge in our Local Area
For all other areas we use a third party courier, this is usually a door to door service unless otherwise stated.
The above service is only available for mainland UK and does not include any islands or the Scottish Highlands, please phone 01952 810888 for a quotation if you require delivery to these areas.
Deliveries to other areas are carried out by a third party courier and is usually a "door to door" service. Please check your order before signing for it. If the packaging appears to be damaged please sign for it as damaged or refuse it and we will get a replacement sent out to you. When ordering please leave a home phone number so we can contact you to confirm your order/arrange delivery etc. It is also great if you can give us a mobile number that we can pass on to our courier, who can usually call you before delivery.
For any items that are "NEXT DAY DELIVERY" these must be ordered before 11am to be delivered the next working day. These are sometimes sent direct from the manufacturer and may be made up of multiple deliveries to you if you have ordered different items.
